Programs
When an organization holds an event, programs are usually distributed. Programs are the guidebook attendees rely on to find their way through an event. It can include descriptions of sessions, classes, and vendors. In many cases, advertising space is sold to offset the costs associated with printing of the program. Of the many things attendees receive at events, the program is carried by attendees throughout the entire event and, in most cases, held onto afterwards. This is a great way to boost visual impact of an organization’s presence. |
